"The last patient, who was treated at the federal center, was discharged and arrived in Perm yesterday," RIA Novosti quotes a message from the regional Ministry of Health.
Earlier, the Ministry of Health explained that this patient was sent for rehabilitation to Moscow.
On September 20, a young man opened fire in the building of the Perm State National Research University, as a result of which six people were killed and several dozen were injured.
During the arrest, the shooter resisted and was wounded.
The chairman of the Investigative Committee of Russia, Alexander Bastrykin, said that the student had pleaded guilty in full.
