During the talks between Putin and Erdogan, the importance of full and strict observance of the Minsk agreements and other agreements, including in the Normandy format, was also noted.
On October 26, the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine announced that the Ukrainian military had used the Turkish Bayraktar drone for the first time in Donbas.
Later, the President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky confirmed this fact.
