Peskov commented on the meeting between Lavrov and Blinken

“We clearly understand that it was a good opportunity for both sides to explain each other's positions in a very clear and intelligible way,” Peskov said.

He noted that "positions differ on many issues."

Earlier it was reported that Lavrov, in the framework of negotiations with Blinken on the sidelines of the OSCE Ministerial Council in Stockholm, stated the need to agree on long-term security guarantees.
