Filmed by his victim, a young man convicted of sexual assault

A 22-year-old man sexually assaulted a 19-year-old young woman at the exit of the Fil Bleu course in Clouange (Moselle) on September 3.

"He puts his hand on my butt and says, 'Do you want to satisfy the sexual needs of a young Armenian?'

After the fact, she took refuge in a bakery.

The police attended.

The video enabled the attacker to be arrested.

Three months suspended prison sentence

The criminal court of Thionville (Moselle) sentenced the defendant to three months suspended prison sentence and a fine of 100 euros.

He will be registered in the judicial file of perpetrators of sexual offenses and will have to pay his victim 800 euros for moral damage.
