  According to a report by the Philadelphia Metro Police, the latest attack occurred at 6:40 p.m. local time on November 30.

The 27-year-old victim Asian woman and two perpetrators, 12 and 13 years old, got on the same bus at 15th Street Station.

A few stops later, when the train braked sharply, the two young men ran into an Asian woman, who pushed them away.

Afterwards, there was a quarrel between the two parties, which escalated into two young men hitting the woman in the face.

  The police said that the woman's glasses were broken, her lips were scratched by the lenses, and her eyes were also scratched.

The two young men were found shortly afterwards.

They will be charged with assault.

  Officially, the two youths are of African descent.

  The 54-year-old Asian woman reported to the police that she was walking on the platform of Metro Line 1 West 116th Street and Broadway Station at about 6:30 PM on November 28.

A man hit her back with the handlebar of the bicycle.

The woman asked why the man hit her, and the latter began to speak swear words that discriminated against Asians.
