The Ministry of Education stressed the need for students to attend the Emirates Standardized Tests (EmSAT), and obligated them, in the event of non-attendance, to submit a document proving that their absence was due to an excuse, whether it was a medical report or a sick certificate issued by a government hospital and certified by the Ministry of Health and Community Protection or the Health Authority. The Ministry stated, in the "policy of absence during the Emirates Standard Test (EmSAT)", that if the student attaches a document proving his absence for an acceptable excuse, he must submit a request to retake the test to the National and International Tests Department, explaining the reason for the absence in detail, and then his request is reviewed, Inform him of the test date allotted to him, and in the event the student is absent from the test without an acceptable excuse, the fees paid will not be refunded.

The Ministry divided the Emirates Standardized Examinations into three sections; Firstly, “Basic”, which is a standard electronic test to assess the information and skills of first-grade students as soon as they start the general education stage, and the aim of which is to build individual support plans to ensure the student’s development and the efficiency of his educational career during the coming years, and secondly, “Sequential”, which is a standard electronic test to assess the extent to which students possess The skills and concepts for four subjects, namely Arabic, English, Mathematics and Science, at the beginning of the academic year for the fourth, sixth, eighth and tenth grades.

As for the third section, it is “Achievement”, which students perform electronically. It is a high-level test that measures the skills and concepts needed for testers in various subjects, including English, mathematics, Arabic, physics, biology, chemistry, and computer science, all according to the requirements of the entity.

The Ministry has set 13 dates for the achievement test during the current academic year, so that its sessions will be on Saturday, including nine dates from January 15 to next June 25, so that each month (January, February, March, April and June) will be two dates, while the date is One in the month of May, indicating that there are four test sessions on each date, and the time of each session is two and a half hours.

Students of the twelfth grade are taking the "Injaz" test in 225 centers nationwide, noting that in the event that a student is not available for a seat, he must wait until the next session, taking care to print the test ticket, and bring it with him to the designated test center.

Adhere to precautionary measures

The Ministry of Education stressed the need to adhere to precautionary and preventive measures while performing the test, including the need for the student to wear a mask and glove before entering the test center, while measuring his temperature, and passing in front of the thermal camera, and then any student will show symptoms similar to the symptoms of “Corona” He will be denied entry to the examination hall.

The student must bring the Emirates ID card, and it is forbidden to accompany any family member to the test center, and family members are not allowed to be in the waiting halls of the test centers, with the need for students and educational staff to adhere to physical distancing, with a distance of two meters between each student and anyone else. The student leaves the test center immediately after completing the test, and he will not be allowed to wait at the center.
