Half of the respondents admitted that they were looking for a job this year.

Of these, 38% indicated that they did it because of problems with salaries in the previous place, 18% were laid off, 12% said that their organization had closed during the coronavirus pandemic.

Another 28% of the respondents were looking for a new job, since they decided to change their field of activity.

In addition, a third of survey participants reported that they were unable to pass stress interviews during job interviews.

Almost every fifth employer uses this methodology when selecting candidates.

The most difficult questions when hiring, according to the respondents, are encountered during interviews for sales and customer service managers, advertising agents, bank employees, recruiters, office managers, PR specialists, marketers, journalists, secretaries.

The top reasons for interview refusals, according to respondents: mismatch in salary expectations - 35%, lack of experience - 30%, frequent job changes - 15%, too competent candidate for a position - 8%.

A total of 1,670 Russians from all over the country took part in the survey.

Earlier, according to the survey, more than half of Russians (51%) said they would like their children to work in IT.
