Putin ordered to allocate more than 58 million rubles for payments to participants in the defense of Sevastopol

The corresponding order has been published on the official portal of legal information.

"To allocate in 2021 from the reserve fund of the President of the Russian Federation 58 million 350 thousand rubles to the Ministry of Finance of Russia to provide these funds to the budget of Sevastopol," the document says.

One-time payments in the amount of 50 thousand rubles will be received by persons awarded the medal "For the Defense of Sevastopol" or the badge "Inhabitant of the besieged Sevastopol".

Earlier it was reported that more than a thousand people will receive payments on the occasion of the 80th anniversary of the beginning of the Second Defense of Sevastopol.
