Lavrov expects Blinken to explain his words about Russia's non-compliance with the provisions of the Minsk agreements

“It will be very interesting for me to hear Tony's explanations of the statements that he made just at the plenary session, naming the points of the Minsk agreements that Russia must comply with.

I am looking forward to clarifications and I hope this will help me to orient myself on what approaches the United States will follow towards the settlement in Ukraine, ”Lavrov said at a meeting with Blinken.

On the eve, Anthony Blinken said that the US authorities consider the implementation of the Minsk agreements a way to overcome the growing tension around Ukraine.

Moscow noted that Russia would not abandon the Minsk agreements and would demand the implementation of the agreements.
