“So far we do not see that the Belarusian army is preparing for operations against Ukraine or that the Belarusian leadership can allow Russia to use its territory to organize an invasion,” he said in an interview with Sargs.lv.
At the same time, the minister added, Ukraine "is considering such a scenario at a very serious level," and Kiev "does not exclude such a possibility."
Kuleba also said that President of Belarus Alexander Lukashenko, with his statements about Crimea, burned all bridges in relations with Ukraine and made the republic hostile to Kiev.
