“Dear colleagues, the decision has been made,” said Speaker of the Parliament Alexander Ivanov following a vote in the regional parliament.
A total of 46 deputies took part in the voting, of which 36 were in favor of introducing the bill.
Earlier, the Chairman of the State Duma Viacheslav Volodin said that the bill on the QR code system will be sent by December 14 to the regions, as well as to the Public Chamber, the Federation Council and the Accounts Chamber for discussion.
Deputies of the Arkhangelsk region and deputies of the parliament of Kabardino-Balkaria supported the bill on QR codes.
