“Ukraine is most determined to participate in the international project to return a man to the moon,” RIA Novosti quotes Taftay as saying in an interview with Ukrinform.
He noted that Ukraine is a signatory of the American space program "Artemis".
Taftay also noted that the Yuzhnoye design bureau has concepts that can help build a lunar settlement.
