He said this at a press conference following the meeting of NATO Foreign Ministers in Riga.
“Of course, there is a difference between a close and valuable partner - Ukraine, which we support, and NATO allies, who are provided with collective defense and security guarantees,” Stoltenberg said.
Earlier, the Alliance Secretary General stressed that NATO provides Kiev with political and practical support and values Ukraine as a partner.
