On 1 December, visitors to public events and public gatherings indoors with more than 100 people will be able to present proof that they have been vaccinated against covic-19.
The Church of Sweden in Västerås will require vaccination certificates for visitors to concerts and major music services during Christmas and New Year, for example Lucia concerts, but not at services.
According to the press release that has been issued, all church rooms in Västerås except the cathedral have a visiting ceiling of 100 people at services.
The cathedral has a visitor ceiling of 223 people.
