The US Supreme Court has begun hearing whether the state law prohibiting abortion after the 15th week of pregnancy is unconstitutional, and the Supreme Court's decision recognizing the right of women to have an abortion may be overturned. It has been pointed out and is attracting national attention.

The US Supreme Court is arguing whether the law in Southern Mississippi, which was passed three years ago (2018) and prohibits abortion after the 15th week of pregnancy, is unconstitutional.

In the United States, the Supreme Court ruled in 1973 that abortion was a woman's right, but the majority of conservative judges in the former Trump administration said that the Supreme Court tended to have a negative tendency to abortion. It has also been pointed out that the decision may be overturned.

On the first day of the trial, before the Supreme Court, a large number of pros and cons of abortion regulations gathered from all over the United States to appeal their claims.

A female college student who opposes abortion regulations said, "It is a woman's right to choose abortion, and if the Supreme Court's decision is overturned, it will be a tragedy for women."

On the other hand, a woman who agrees with the regulation said, "I believe that the life of a baby should be cherished from the time he is in the stomach, and it is finally time for the Supreme Court's decision to be overturned."

The Federal Supreme Court is expected to make a decision in June next year, but many states have said that if the decision so far is overturned, abortion will be regulated immediately, and it is drawing attention from all over the United States.
