Expo 2020 Dubai announced the opportunity for free entry for all to enjoy the celebrations of the fiftieth anniversary of the Union, which will extend throughout the site of the international event, today.

Entry will be free for all, provided that the measures to prevent “Covid-19” are adhered to, and visitors over the age of 18 must submit proof of obtaining a vaccination or a negative PCR examination that has not been more than 72 hours old.

A four-day program of world-class events and immersive Emirati experiences will commemorate the 50th anniversary of the founding of the UAE, in a dazzling manner, in which the country celebrates its golden jubilee, in a spirit full of renewed optimism for the next half century.

The celebrations held throughout the Expo 2020 site began yesterday, and extend until the fourth of December, and accompany each visitor of the international event on a journey of authentic Emirati experiences and stories, and will include world-class events, exceptional musical performances, and meaningful conversations between different cultures, Performances and interactive performances with a cultural flair.

From 10:15 a.m. today, UAE time, visitors will be invited to attend the official ceremonies of the 50th Union Day celebrations at “Expo 2020” held in Al Wasl Square, which include a flag-raising ceremony, speeches by high-ranking officials, and a musical performance of the national anthem performed by A children’s choir, along with a performance of “Al-Azi” by Al-Wasmi, in addition to a horse show presented by Dubai Police Knights, and another performance by the Musical Performance Band of the Ministry of Interior, as part of the “Colors of the World” show, which will be presented between 12:45 and 13: 15 noon UAE time.

In the "Al-Azi" art show, in which an Arab poet leads a choir that responds to his "call", it will be presented at 13:00 UAE time in Al Wasl Square, as part of an authentic celebration of pride in the traditional Arab values ​​of unity, solidarity and courage.

This will be followed by an air show by Dubai Police, as well as a 30-minute musical performance by Emirati singer Fatima Zahra Al-Ain, and a dazzling aerial show by the "Al Fursan" aerobatic team from the UAE Armed Forces.

The “Expo” invited visitors to come to the “Jubilee” platform and the “Dubai Millennium” theater at the “Expo 2020” site, in order to watch a live broadcast of the official celebration of the country’s fiftieth Union Day, transmitted from the “Hatta” region, starting at 17:00. 30 pm Emirates time.

Meanwhile, the Dubai Millennium Theater will host “The Khait Journey,” a live show of Emirati handicrafts that delves into the heart of Emirati culture, followed by an unmissable fireworks show at 20:00 pm, and a concert by Emirati singer, Eida Al Menhali, On the "Jubilee" platform, starting at 20:30.

The immersive theatrical show, which will be presented in Al Wasl Square, entitled "The Journey of Fifty Years", will be the jewel in the crown of the "Expo 2020" celebrations of the 50th Union Day, which is scheduled to be shown until the fourth of December, when this show will exceed the limits of what is possible in Al Wasl Square. , to present a mixture of the amazing possibilities of human performance, theatrical performance and enormous potential in a scene that has never been seen before anywhere, with the participation of more than 200 performers, from all countries participating in "Expo 2020 Dubai".
