Feng Xiaoguang, director of the Sixth Procuratorate of the Supreme People’s Procuratorate, said earlier that this action corrects public power behavior and at the same time realizes private rights relief for applicants for supervision.

  In the “Chen Mouzhen Application for Execution Supervision and Follow-up Supervision Case”, the prosecutors corrected the improper execution of the online judicial auction in accordance with the law.

In the "Zhao Mozhang and Kang Moyong, Kang Mocheng, follow-up and supervision of sales contract disputes", the prosecutors verified the nature of the 73 mu of ecological public welfare forests, logging methods, and logging deadlines, prompting the court to revoke the wrong judgment.
