"A protocol has been signed on prices for Russian gas for Belarus for 2022," the ministry said in a statement on its Telegram channel.

It is noted that the protocol was signed following a meeting held on December 1 in St. Petersburg between Belarusian Energy Minister Viktor Karankevich and Belarusian Ambassador to Russia Vladimir Semashko with Gazprom CEO Alexei Miller.

The level of gas prices was agreed based on the conditions of the current year, at the level of $ 128.52 per 1,000 cubic meters.
