“From tomorrow, three decrees concerning the protection of the eastern border will come into force.
The most important of them concerns the ban on staying in the area where the state of emergency was in effect earlier, ”Kamiński wrote on his Twitter account.
Thus, the ban will remain in effect until March 2022.
The head of the Polish Ministry of Internal Affairs also added that the country's President Andrzej Duda has already signed this amendment to the law on the protection of the state border.
Earlier, the Cabinet of Ministers of Lithuania announced the introduction of a state of emergency in the regions bordering with Belarus.
