  The First Branch of the Tianjin Municipal People’s Procuratorate prosecuted allegations: From 1995 to 2021, Wang Fuyu used to serve as Secretary of the CPC Hainan Provincial Committee and Mayor of Qiongshan City, Member of the Standing Committee of the CPC Hainan Provincial Committee, Secretary of the Sanya City Committee, Deputy Secretary of the Hainan Provincial Committee of the CPC, Secretary of the Haikou City Committee , The convenience of the position of the deputy secretary of the Guizhou Provincial Party Committee of the Communist Party of China, the vice chairman and chairman of the Guizhou Provincial CPPCC, as well as the convenient conditions for the formation of powers and status, seek benefits for relevant units and individuals in matters such as business operation, planning approval, and job adjustment. The illegal receipt of property given by the above-mentioned units and individuals, directly or through others, amounts to more than 434 million yuan.

From 2019 to 2020, after Wang Fuyu left his post, he also used his influence to accept property given by others, which was equivalent to more than 17.35 million yuan in total.

The procuratorial organ asked Wang Fuyu to be held criminally responsible for the crime of accepting bribes and using influence to accept bribes.
