A delegation of the Saudi Arabian embassy arrived in Kabul

"A 14-person diplomatic group from the Saudi Arabian Embassy in Afghanistan has arrived in Kabul," he wrote on his Twitter account.

He added that diplomatic officials have begun to provide consular services to Afghans.

“We appreciate the good actions of Saudi Arabia and consider this the beginning of good relations,” Balkhi said.

At the end of September, Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov, on the sidelines of the 76th UN General Assembly, met with the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Saudi Arabia, Prince Faisal bin Farhan bin Abdullah Al Saud.
