The operator of the Frankfurt industrial park Höchst, which is supposed to be for sale according to media reports, is apparently not surprised because of the speculations about a sale of the infrastructure service provider Infraserv.

According to an internal email that the FAZ has received, the company's management currently has no information that a sales process has been initiated.

However, one of the company's managing directors, Jürgen Vormann, was not surprised either.

After all, it is the privilege and obligation of every shareholder to think about his portfolio.

This also applies to the owners of Infraserv, which are the companies Sanofi, Celanese and Clariant.

On Friday, the FAZ reported, among other things, that the owners had already spoken to investment banks about a sales process for Infraserv.
