The document extends for the next year the possibility of channeling funds from regional budgets released in connection with the restructuring of budget loans to prevent and eliminate the consequences of the spread of coronavirus infection.
Regions will also be able to provide subsidies to organizations involved in prevention and elimination of these consequences, regardless of their jurisdiction.
In addition, for the regions, restrictions on placing funds on deposits when receiving budget loans have been lifted.
Earlier, Russian President Vladimir Putin recommended that the regional authorities personally monitor the introduction of restrictive measures in connection with the coronavirus pandemic and increase the rate of vaccination.
Dmitry Peskov, a spokesman for the Russian leader, said that the Kremlin is monitoring measures proposed in the regions to combat the spread of coronavirus infection.
