And the investigations of the Public Prosecution in Dubai stated that the employee informed the General Department of Investigations of the Dubai Police that she works for a center specialized in carrying out government transactions, and the accused offered her a bribe to change the company’s trade name. him and adjust it.

The employee contacted the accused by phone, and expressed her agreement to receive the amount at her place of work, and after the receipt, he was arrested.

When asked, he admitted handing over the amount to the employee, in exchange for her changing the company's name, without bringing the security approval document from the Dubai Securities and Commodities Authority, acknowledging that he was fully aware that he had asked her to conduct a transaction illegally, knowing that obtaining the aforementioned document required a long period.

In addition, the accused retracted his statements during his trial and denied the accusation, and his lawyer argued that his confession was invalid in the evidence report because he was under duress, and his interrogation was invalid because he did not use an interpreter. The court ended with a year in prison, a fine of 10,000 dirhams, and deportation.
