The deceased man was found outdoors at an address in the municipality, police spokesman Åsa Mjörndal reports on Monday night.
According to Mjörndal, the man has not yet been identified with certainty, but the police believe they know who he is and have informed relatives.
It is unclear how the man died, and since crime can not be ruled out, a preliminary investigation into the murder has been initiated.
It gives the police better tools to investigate what happened, but no one is currently suspected of any crime.
