  According to reports, on the evening of the 28th local time, a 9576-ton Panamanian cargo ship heading for Kobe, Japan, had an accident shortly after leaving the port.

Part of the bow hit the breakwater, and the entire hull could not move.

  The Maritime Security Department of Fukuoka City, Japan stated that there were 20 Filipino crew members and 2 Japanese crew members on board, and no one was injured.

The ship is in stable condition and there is no danger of sinking for the time being.
