28 November 2021 Rome wins again by beating Turin 1-0 at home. At the Olimpico Abraham's goal decides in the first part of the game: three points that allow Mourinho's team to consolidate the fifth place in the standings by returning to -3 from Atalanta and stretching on the rivals behind, waiting for the postponement between Naples and Lazio. First half an hour of the match blocked and not very exciting (Pellegrini comes out due to injury in the quarter of an hour), in which it is the guests who control the ball possession the most, conceding practically nothing to the Giallorossi.

The grenades also become dangerous with Pobega and Buongiorno, but to unlock the game are the Capitoline at 32 'at the first real lunge: Mkhitaryan pocketed, Zaniolo covered up Abraham allowing the Englishman to sign the 1-0.

A few minutes pass and Rome also wins the penalty of the possible double (foul by Buongiorno on El Shaarawy), but after a very long control at the Var an Abraham offside is punished at the beginning of the action.

In the second half the match thrives on flashes and not on great emotions, with Torino trying to increase the pressure in search of a draw, but without obtaining the desired results.

On the other hand, however, it is Zaniolo who becomes dangerous with his usual accelerations, nearly doubling in the 84th minute with a powerful but imprecise left-foot.

In the final, the grenades attempt the last assaults on the Giallorossi goal, but pride is not enough.
