Federal Decree-Law establishing the Federal Authority for Protocol and Strategic Narrative
His Highness Sheikh Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan, President of the State, issued a federal decree establishing the Federal Authority for Protocol and Strategic Narrative.
The decree stipulated that the authority shall have all the powers and authorities necessary to achieve its objectives, and that it shall enjoy legal personality, financial and administrative independence, and the legal capacity to act, and it shall follow the Minister of Presidential Affairs.
In accordance with Article 4 of the decree, the authority aims to present, organize and manage everything related to the reception, stay and visits of state guests, and the visits of the head of state and its leaders, according to the highest standards, and work to raise the concepts of strategic narrative and highlight the positive and inspiring aspects of the personality of the founders and leaders of the state.
His Highness Sheikh Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan, President of the State, also issued two federal decrees appointing Muhammad Abdullah Al-Junaibi as Chairman of the Federal Authority for Protocol and Strategic Narrative with the rank of Minister, and Samira Murshid Saleh Muhammad Al-Rumaithi as Secretary-General of the Authority with the rank of Minister.
In addition, His Highness Sheikh Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan, President of the State, ordered the release of 870 inmates of correctional and penal facilities who were sentenced in various cases, and His Highness ensured the payment of the financial fines incurred by them in implementation of those provisions, on the occasion of the 50th Union Day of the State. .
