"In connection with the improvement of the operational situation at the scene of the incident in the city of Dzerzhinsk, Nizhny Novgorod region, the work of the operational group of the central office of the EMERCOM of Russia is not required, the trip is canceled," RIA Novosti reported.

Earlier in the Nizhny Novgorod region, explosions occurred at an ammunition plant.

Two victims are in a state of moderate severity. 

Acting head of the EMERCOM of Russia Alexander Chupriyan and the task force of the ministry intended to fly to the place of the emergency.
