Minister Kabanda and Director Yav expressed sympathy and condolences to the Chinese citizens who were attacked and kidnapped, and emphasized that China is a good friend of Congo (DRC) and the Congolese side has the responsibility to protect the lives and property of Chinese institutions and personnel in the country.
