RIA Novosti informs about it.

“The OSCE Chairman-in-Office, Swedish Foreign Minister Anne Linde and OSCE Secretary General Helga Maria Schmid expressed concern about the systematic and unacceptable obstacles to freedom of movement that the OSCE Special Monitoring Mission to Ukraine now faces in non-government-controlled regions of Ukraine, in particular in Luhansk,” says in the statement.

Earlier, the official representative of the defense department of the self-proclaimed Luhansk People's Republic, Ivan Filiponenko, said that the People's Militia recorded 13 cases of jamming by the Ukrainian security forces of the signal of drones of the OSCE Special Monitoring Mission in Donbass in a week.
