Popular Facebook group in Lysekil porn bomb: "We are terribly sad"

It was P4 West, which was the first with the news that the group "We who love Lysekil" was bombarded with gross pornographic posts and pictures.

The group's administrator told the radio station that the group was beyond rescue because he is the group's sole administrator and that his Facebook account had been hacked.

Despite the fact that both the administrator and several of the group's members had reported the posts and tried to contact Facebook, they had not received a response and the group continued to be flooded with gross pornography.

Deleted after SVT contacted the internet giant

Late on Friday afternoon, SVT Nyheter Väst contacted Facebook about the pictures.

Then came an immediate reaction and the pornographic images were removed.

- The content published in the group is such that must not appear on Facebook and is clearly contrary to our community rules, writes Lukasz Lindell.

He also states that their system is constantly reviewing content that is published.

- But we also recommend people to report content they see on our platforms that they think violates our rules.
