"On November 30 and December 1, I will take part in a meeting of the ministers of foreign NATO member states in Riga," TASS quoted Kuleba as saying at a briefing.
According to him, the meeting will be held in the "30 + 2" format: NATO, Ukraine and Georgia, the topic of discussion will be security in the Black Sea region.
He added that he would raise the issue of the situation on the border with Russia.
Earlier, the press secretary of the Russian leader Dmitry Peskov commented on media reports that the United States is studying the possibility of sending military advisers to Ukraine, as well as additional weapons.
