“We believe that people who have been vaccinated with a foreign vaccine or have been ill unofficially, but have immunity, are no different from those who have received a Russian vaccine or have officially been ill,” Nilov explained in an interview with Izvestia.
The deputies also initiated an "amnesty" amendment for all those who had previously received fake documents - according to Nilov, they need to be given the opportunity to vaccinate.
According to the speaker of the chamber Vyacheslav Volodin, the State Duma received more than 120 thousand official appeals regarding government bills on QR codes.
