“The bill assumes that citizens will be able to visit places of mass events, cultural institutions, public catering and retail facilities with the presentation of: either a QR code on vaccination;

either a document confirming that the person has had a coronavirus;

or a medical withdrawal from vaccination, ”the statement said.

The Moscow Regional Duma recalled that until February 1, 2022, a negative PCR test can be presented instead of a QR code on vaccination.

Earlier, the governor of the Moscow region, Andrei Vorobyov, said that there is a decrease in the number of patients with COVID-19 who are on mechanical ventilation in the region.
