In North Ossetia, the bill on QR codes did not receive the required number of votes

This was reported by RIA Novosti with reference to the press service of the parliament of the republic.

“Yes, they didn’t.

“For” - 30, “against” - 12, abstained - four, ”the press service said.

It is noted that 35 votes were needed to approve the changes in the regional parliament.

Earlier, the Chairman of the State Duma Viacheslav Volodin said that the bill on the QR code system will be sent by December 14 to the regions, as well as to the Public Chamber, the Federation Council and the Accounts Chamber for discussion.

On November 24, the State Duma Defense Committee supported the concept of the bill on QR codes and recommended the lower house of parliament to adopt it in the first reading.

The Kremlin called the adoption of bills on QR codes a difficult process.
