H.H. Sheikh Abdullah bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, affirmed that the UAE presented the world with a unique unitary experience, thanks to the enlightened vision of the founding fathers and the efforts of the leadership.

This came while His Highness chaired the meeting of the UAE Golden Jubilee Celebration Committee, in the presence of Her Highness Sheikha Mariam bin Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Vice Chairman of the Committee.

The meeting, which was held via remote visual communication technology, discussed the progress of work in the activities of the year 50 (the two phases of dreaming and meditation), and reviewed the communication strategy for the 50th National Day of the country, in addition to a number of topics on the meeting's agenda.

At the outset of the meeting, His Highness Sheikh Abdullah bin Zayed Al Nahyan welcomed the members of the committee, praising the distinguished initiatives that the committee continuously launched, within the framework of the celebrations of the 50th year, and through which it aims to involve all segments of society, and everyone who considers the UAE his homeland, in this festivities.

His Highness stressed that "the UAE presented to the world a unique unitary experience, thanks to the enlightened vision of the founding fathers and the efforts of our leadership, and succeeded in building an exceptional development model, enriched with pioneering national achievements." To continue the path of goodness, construction and development, to achieve global leadership for our country in all fields.”

The committee meeting was attended by the Minister of Cabinet Affairs, Muhammad bin Abdullah Al Gergawi, the Minister of Health and Community Protection, Abdul Rahman bin Muhammad Al Owais, the Minister of State for International Cooperation, Reem bint Ibrahim Al Hashemi, the Minister of Culture and Youth, Noura bint Muhammad Al Kaabi, and the Minister of State for Youth Affairs, Shamma bint Suhail bin Faris Al Mazrouei, Chairman of the Department of Culture and Tourism in Abu Dhabi, Muhammad Khalifa Al Mubarak, Director General of the Public Diplomacy Office, Saeed Mohammed Al Eter Al Dhanhani, Director General of the Department of Economy and Tourism in Dubai, Hilal Saeed Al Marri, and Executive Director of Strategic Media Affairs, Executive Affairs Authority, Reem Youssef Al-Shammari, and the Undersecretary for Presidential Protocol at the Ministry of Presidential Affairs, Samira Murshid Al-Rumaithi.
