November 24, 2021Here is the Covid decree on the 'super green pass', approved by the Council of Ministers, by points:
-The "strengthened" green pass has been introduced from December 6: it can only be obtained with vaccination or recovery.
-The validity of the "enhanced" green pass drops from 12 to 9 months.
-From 6/12/2021 to 15/1/2022 the new transitional rules for colored areas apply.
-The "basic" green pass will be mandatory from 6/12 also for: hotels, changing rooms for sporting activities, regional rail transport and local public transport.
-Access to shows, sporting events, indoor bars and restaurants, parties and discos, public ceremonies will be allowed in the white and yellow zone only to holders of "reinforced green pass".
-Additional limitations of the orange zone valid only for those who do not have the "reinforced green pass".
- Compulsory vaccination extended to health administrative staff, teachers and school administrative staff, military, police forces, public aid from 15 December.
- Mandatory recall for health professions from 15/12.
- Strengthening of the control system: within 3 days from the entry into force of the dl, the Prefects hear the Provincial Order and Security Committee, within 5 days they adopt the new control plan involving all the police forces, reporting periodically.
The decree does not change the regime for adopting masks:
-The mask is not compulsory outdoors in the white area and compulsory outdoors and indoors in the yellow, orange and red area.
Always mandatory in all areas to carry it with you and wear it in case of potential gatherings or crowds.
-The types and duration of the pads remain unchanged.
