"The court granted the investigator's petition to elect Rudnev, his deputy Alexander Savostyanov, as well as deputy directors of the company's branches in the cities of Sochi and Gelendzhik, Oleg Butkevich and Stanislav Bariev," TASS reports.

Earlier, investigators opened a commercial bribery case against Alexey Rudnev, general director of Gazprom Gazoraspredelenie Krasnodar, and several employees of the company.

The investigation believes that the persons involved in the case helped entrepreneurs connect residential and commercial real estate to gas networks, and also facilitated the approval of acts of commissioning gas distribution networks in the Krasnodar Territory.

It is noted that the total amount of illegal activities amounted to more than 20 million rubles.
