November 24, 2021 "Important measures have been taken to control the pandemic".

Thus the premier Mario Draghi at the press conference after the green light for the decree on the super Green pass.

"We want to prevent in order to conserve. We want to be very cautious to be able to preserve what the Italians have achieved during this year", said the premier, presenting the super green pass decree. "Our memories - says Draghi - go to the almost 134,000 deaths, the fall in economic activity by 109%, the shops closed, the boys who went to school in absence, and who were not well. And some they are still suffering. And above all we want to go back to the memories of poverty. The Italians reacted this year ", recalls Draghi. And he explains: "We have started to be normal again. We want to keep this normality. We don't want any risks to this normality. And it is with this spirit that these measures have been taken. It is looking at the desire to continue to be open ".

"We see a very serious situation outside Italy, in neighboring countries. In Italy the situation is slightly, but steadily worsening. The vaccination coverage of the cycle begins to wane. For this reason we bring the third dose to 5 months" . "I want to thank all the Italians who have joined the vaccination campaign with great participation and who are now joining the third dose with equal participation, the numbers are very encouraging". We want to preserve our freedom ".

Appeal of 7 deputies on the obligation of the Green pass

There are a total of 7 deputies of the Alternative component of the Mixed group of the Chamber who have appealed to the Council of Jurisdiction of Montecitorio against the obligation of the green pass to access the building. On the other hand, 8 deputies, always of the Alternative, have appealed to the Constitutional Court. This is what we learn from parliamentary sources. The appeal to the Council is "due to a conflict of attribution between the powers of the State". Instead, the session of the Montecitorio 'tribunal' is scheduled for tomorrow, which will also have to express itself on the suspension of the obligation of the green pass obtained by the deputy no vax Sara Cunial. To sign the appeal to the Council are Pino Cabras, Raffaele Trano, Emanuela Corda, Francesco Forciniti, Paolo Giuliodori, Alvise Maniero, Arianna Spessotto and Andrea Vallascas. With the exception of Maniero, they are the same who signed the appeal to the Montecitorio Jurisdiction Council.
