The IAEA, the Secretary-General of the International Atomic Energy Agency, said that although Iran had discussed with the Iranian side about the issue of restricting inspections of nuclear facilities, no agreement was reached to resolve it.

Concerns about Iran are expected to grow ahead of talks next week to rebuild the nuclear deal, which will resume for the first time in five months.

Iran has stepped up nuclear development, including the production of highly enriched uranium, as a countermeasure against the United States, which has withdrawn from the nuclear agreement and resumed sanctions, and has restricted IAEA inspections of nuclear facilities. He points out that it "has a serious impact" on the activities.

Under these circumstances, the head of the IAEA, Secretary-General Grossi, visited Tehran, the capital of Iran, and met with the Secretary-General of the Atomic Energy Agency Eslami and Foreign Minister Abdrahian on the 23rd.

After the visit, Secretary-General Grossi said at a press conference in Vienna, Austria on the 24th, "We have not reached a conclusion. We made our best efforts but did not reach an agreement." Revealed that it was not obtained.

Opinions will be exchanged at the IAEA's regular board meeting, which began on the 24th, on the issue of Iran's nuclear development, and on the 29th of this month, discussions with related countries to rebuild the nuclear agreement will resume for the first time in five months. However, concerns about Iran are expected to increase, especially in Western countries.
