The unions and the Federation of Metal Employers of Cádiz (FEMCA) have reached a preliminary agreement that

will put an end to the indefinite strike

that workers in the sector of the province have been holding for nine days.

In the fourth meeting that they have held in

since the beginning of the indefinite strike, the employers and the union representatives of the

UGT and CCOO

have reached, after more than ten hours of debate, a preliminary agreement that must now be ratified by the union delegates of the companies, after which they will proceed to the signature, have reported union sources.

The negotiation, held within the

Andalusian Council of Labor Relations

, a labor mediation body of the Employment Department of the Junta de Andalucía, has lasted for just over ten hours.
