Putin sent his condolences to the President of North Macedonia in connection with an accident in Bulgaria

“Please accept my deep condolences in connection with the death of the citizens of your country, including children and adolescents, as a result of a traffic accident in Bulgaria,” the text of the telegram says.

Putin asked "to convey the words of sincere sympathy and support to the families and friends of the victims, as well as wishes for a speedy recovery to all the victims."

Earlier, the President of North Macedonia Stevo Pendarovski said that the country will have days of mourning in connection with the accident of a bus with Macedonian numbers in Bulgaria, which killed 46 people.

Prior to that, it became known that the investigative authorities of Bulgaria considered the technical malfunction of the vehicle and human error as the main versions of the cause of the accident with the bus from North Macedonia.
