The platform headlines and hot search lists occupy a lot of public platform resources, and the people have a strong reaction.

In order to further regulate the online information of entertainment stars and create a positive and healthy network environment, the relevant work measures are hereby notified as follows:

Entertainment celebrities’ online information must not contain content expressly prohibited by laws and administrative regulations, and must not promote bad values ​​such as traffic supremacy, deformed aesthetics, extravagant pleasure, show off wealth and worship, etc. Unauthorized exposure, buying and selling of celebrity identity information, home address, travel information and other personal privacy, do not publish in batches of celebrity artists and their works, conduct malicious marketing or scrutiny, do not publish false or false information about celebrities, misinterpretation and slander , Spreading rumors and smearing, must not create momentum for the comeback of illegal and unethical celebrity artists, and must not provoke fan groups to verbally verbally or attack each other, or stimulate fan groups to engage in supportive behaviors such as excessive consumption, illegal fund-raising, and irrational investment.

specifically including celebrity advertising endorsements, brand cooperation, commercial promotion, etc., in principle, is only presented in the advertising position of each website platform, and the advertising words should be marked in a prominent position.

6. Announcement information, which

specifically includes celebrity rights protection, response, clarification, announcements, etc., is naturally spread in principle, but announcement information of the same celebrity and the same event is in the key link stipulated in Article 11 of the "Regulations on the Ecological Governance of Network Information Content" In principle, only one can be presented at the same time.

7. Public welfare information,

specifically including celebrities’ participation in public welfare activities, rescue assistance, positive energy publicity, etc., is naturally spread in principle, but it is not allowed to maliciously speculate on hot spots for marketing and speculation.

8. Authoritative release of information,

specifically including state agencies, mainstream media, industry associations, etc. on celebrity-related incidents, responses, announcements, and public opinion supervision, etc., in principle, naturally spread.

9. Standardize the account name, avatar and profile.

The names, avatars, and profiles of entertainment stars, brokerage companies (studios), fan clubs (backup clubs), and entertainment public accounts must not contain explicit or implied disclosures of celebrity’s privacy and other information, and must not contain incitement to each other’s abuse or stigmatization It’s strictly forbidden to release information in disguised form by changing the name, profile picture, and profile during the silence period.

11. Strictly manage the account of unscrupulous star artists.

Take joint disciplinary measures against illegal and unethical celebrities and unify standards across the entire network to strictly prevent illegal and unethical celebrities from shifting positions and "curving back."

12. Strictly manage celebrity agencies and fan club accounts.

Strengthen the account authentication and review of star brokerage companies (studios). In principle, the same brokerage company (studio) can only register one account on the same platform.

The account of the fan club (backup club) must be authorized or authenticated by the star brokerage company (studio), and it is responsible for daily maintenance and supervision and management.

Unauthorized individuals or organizations are not allowed to register celebrity fan club accounts.

13. Strictly handle entertainment marketing accounts and their affiliated MCN agencies.

Strict punishments shall be imposed on the organized or batch release of information related to celebrities such as false disclosures, malicious smears, stigmatization, etc., or for volume control reviews and malicious marketing hype.

According to the severity of the circumstances, the MCN organization of the illegal and illegal account and other accounts under its joint responsibility shall be dealt with, and measures such as banning, restricting search, and restricting commercial promotion income shall be adopted.
