The bad news, he has contrasted, is that "sectarianism laminates a new cultural pole in the districts" because "the plot will be left without use in the short term and two million euros will fly for all Madrid residents."

The spokesperson for Más Madrid in the City Council,

, applauded the neighborhood "victory" with the resignation of musician Nacho Cano to the plot in Hortaleza and after "the tricks of the mayor, José Luis Martínez-Almeida."
"Victory of the neighborhood mobilization of Hortaleza before the deals in Almeida. Now all that remains is for the plot to be put at the service of the neighborhood," Maestre wrote on his social networks.
