Buffalo Grill has a new visual identity.
The sign says goodbye to the saloon atmosphere and its famous red bison.
A spot unveiled by the advertising agency Marcel on Twitter this Friday highlights this change.
We see an old cowboy and an Indian coming to recover, looking sad, the emblematic red bison enthroned in front of the restaurant.
The video highlights the new decoration and the new atmosphere that customers will now find in the 350 restaurants of the chain founded in 1980 by Christian Picart, reports

Invest and modernize
This is the end of the western atmosphere of the beginnings.
Now it's time for a decoration inspired by American steakhouses.
But the regulars of the place have nothing to fear, "there is always the welcome salad and the birthday song", assures Buffalo Grill in legend of the commercial.
The channel has decided to invest massively to relaunch itself after being hard hit by the health and economic crisis due to Covid-19.
After having bought the Courtepaille brand in 2020, Buffalo Grill has thus injected 80 million euros into the modernization of its restaurants.
The company also launched Bun Meat Bun, a 100% digital service offering home delivery burgers.
