November 22, 2021 In the province of Bolzano between crazy Covid-parties, or parties that aim to infect people in order to obtain the Green pass of 'cured in six months' and avoid the vaccine, the lowest percentage of Italy people vaccinated following a deep-seated opposition of the population in a large part of the German language group to any type of vaccine, the expected ordinance by the governor Arno Kompatscher has arrived.
The cases of coronavirus in continuous growth, the increasing hospitalizations and a lack of attitude to respect the already existing rules, have led the provincial administration to take measures.
To the initiatives to convince more people to be vaccinated with temporary structures outside the stadiums, on the edge of the ski slopes, now the ordinance number 34 provides for stricter rules. The goal is to lower the contagion curve, take pressure off the hospitals (over 80 hospitalized) and try to
save as much as possible the approaching winter season

For the moment there are no distinctions between vaccinated and 'no vax' people.
In South Tyrol there is immediately the obligation in all closed environments (except at home) and on public transport from the sixth year of age, to wear an Ffp2 mask. Closed discos, dance clubs both outdoors and indoors.
As regards the 20 municipalities declared in the 'red zone', among them two with a high tourist vocation in Val Gardena (Ortisei and Santa Cristina), from Wednesday 24 November until 7 December inclusive, the curfew will take effect from 20 to 5 in the morning. except for reasons of work, health and necessity and urgency.
Three criteria set by the Provincial Health Authority and approved by the Ministry of Health trigger the 'red zone': exceeding the weekly incidence rate of 800 cases per 100,000 inhabitants, vaccination coverage of less than 70% of the vaccinable population and if every day more than five new cases of positivity to Covid-19 are recorded.
In the 20 municipalities, all events - cultural, leisure, sporting or trade fair - in closed private or public spaces are suspended.
Rehearsals and performances by choirs and bands are also suspended, as well as theatrical performances, film screenings, conferences and similar meetings in presence.
In the gastronomy it is allowed to eat with a maximum of 4 people at the table and only until 6 pm.
The municipalities concerned are also Rodengo, San Pancrazio, Caines, Vandoies, Ultimo, Martello, Castelbello-Ciardes, Naz-Sciaves, Senales, Plaus , Castelrotto, Marlengo, Laion, Postal, Moso in Passiria, Funes, Rasun Anterselva and Rio di Pusteria.
