Latifa bint Mohammed visits the Japanese and Chinese pavilions at the "Expo"

Her Highness Sheikha Latifa bint Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Chairwoman of the Dubai Culture and Arts Authority and member of the Dubai Council, visited the Japan and China pavilions at Expo 2020 Dubai.

During the visit, Her Highness, accompanied by the Director-General of the Dubai Culture and Arts Authority, Hala Badri, was briefed on the components of these two pavilions, and their creativity and innovations in various societal, cultural, environmental and technological aspects.

During her visit to the Japanese pavilion, Her Highness met Japan's Ambassador to the UAE, Ekihiko Nakajima, Consul General Noboru Sekiguchi, Commissioner General Tomaisu Nakamura, and Director of the Pavilion, Isahu Ando.

Her Highness was briefed on the contents of the pavilion, which depicts a unique aspect associated with each visitor, and takes them on a special journey into Japan's history, culture and future aspirations, using advanced and innovative techniques to tell a distinctive story in which visitors participate.
