According to the lex Sarah report prepared by the assistance company's operations manager, the incident occurred on a Saturday in the autumn.

The assistant sent a text message to her supervisor around 5.30 pm that she felt ill and had taken antipyretic medication.

However, due to staff shortages, the assistant had to continue working at the patient's home until the work shift ended at 11 pm.

On Tuesday the same week, it was established that the assistant, who was not vaccinated, had been infected with covid-19 and on Thursday the patient was admitted to Falu hospital where he died in covid-19 a couple of days later.

According to the lex Sarah report, however, it has not been possible to establish that the assistant was the source of the user's infection.
