“In Ukraine, power has actually been usurped, and this usurpation of power went so unnoticed and unpunished that it seemed like it was the norm,” Kuzmin wrote on Telegram.

He recalled that Ukraine is a parliamentary-presidential republic, which suggests the dominance of the role of parliament over presidential power.

Kuzmin said that Zelenskiy has “crushed” the executive and legislative branches of power, and is also putting pressure on the judiciary in Ukraine.

Earlier, the head of the Servant of the People faction in the Verkhovna Rada, David Arakhamia, expressed the opinion that there is no request in Ukrainian society to change the form of government from parliamentary-presidential to presidential.

So he commented on the words of the Secretary of the National Security and Defense Council Alexei Danilov about the need to strengthen the role of the head of state in the management system of Ukraine.
